Due to the rapidly changing developments relating to the COVID-19 Virus, and as per recommendations from the Alberta Chief Medical Officer, our office is currently operating with limited/reduced staff.

To limit the risk of everyone’s exposure to the virus we would like to limit direct “in person” contact, we ask that you either submit your information electronically or use our record drop system.  We have established a mail/record drop system inside our front door.  If your package does not fit in the drop box slot please ring the doorbell provided and someone will retrieve your records from the box provided.  There is also a mail slot at the side door to our office that is available after business hours. We are taking additional steps to maintain a secure system for all records. 

When your return is complete we will contact your through encrypted email or through the mail system for the required signatures to authorize us to file your return.

We recognize that many taxpayers will be anxious to file their claim for the Alberta climate action incentive rebate. Farmers will also want to ensure their returns are completed before they are seeding in the field.  We are working hard to address these needs.

Please do not come to our office if you have any flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with someone who recently travelled outside of Canada, or who has tested positive for COVID 19.
